I couldn't agree more!
Being a person who really appreciates chocolate, Brownies have long been a favorite dessert of mine. I've tried every kind under the sun, and I can honestly say that I agree w/ Readers Digest Magazines choice, these are truly the best I've ever had!

If you like your Brownies oooey-goooey & super yummy.....you will love this recipe. Be careful though.....these babies are made w/ lots of butta, and are super rich...so they can easily give you a tummy ache if you overindulge.
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
Topping
1 pound mini marshmallows
1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup canned evaporated milk
What to Do
1. Mix together butter, sugar and cocoa. Stir in eggs; add flour, vanilla, salt and chopped nuts. Stir; pour into greased, 1-inch-deep baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until done.
2. Cover with mini marshmallows; bake for 3 minutes.
3. Mix together powdered sugar, butter, cocoa and evaporated milk. Add frosting.
I think they are best refrigerated.
