Fresh Spinach Salad

I Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. We had a "YUMMY" one. Here in the south we do a lot of "Potluck" where everyone brings a dish. We had so many tasty dishes Friday. Below is one that my dear cousin shared with us and it is now one of my favorites ! I hope you all enjoy it too.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fresh Spinach Salad
1/2 pound fresh spinach
1 small head lettuce
3 green onions,chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pound bacon, crumbled
Ranch Dressing
1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Tear spinach and lettuce in bite-size pieces. Layer all in order given except bacon. Seal with dressing and let set for several hours. Add crumbled bacon, toss, and serve.
Enjoy!
